- The first meeting was held on Tuesday Oct. 3, 2023 at 7:00pm in the BHS Theatre. Trip participation forms handed out, quick trip overview, funds and fundraisers overview, and Calvin Sisk introduced the Haunted Hallways and Phantom Escape Room fundraisers. Questions were answered and parents encouraged to join the Facebook groups and/or follow us on Instagram 'bhsmus'
- The second meeting was held on Nov. 27, 2024 at 7:00pm in the BHS Theatre. Review of the trip details with updates and slight changes. Payments are non-refundable once the January payment has been made. Request for parent chaperones to give their names to Jmac if interested. Reminders to get and stay connected to be informed of opportunities going on. Pitched idea of a possible fundraising dance with a live band in mid February - more to come on this at next meeting. Q & A at the end for any things needing clarification.
- The third meeting was held on Jan. 18, 2024 at 7:00pm in the BHS Learning Common (Library). Chaperone list was finalized Cost for chaperones is $700. Survey for students to choose trip activities and room mates will be sent out shortly. Important trip forms were handed out to be completed and returned by April 10, 2024. Lots going on in these winter months:
- Tee Shirt Sponsors can start now and will run until March 27. See Jmac to get a sheet if needed.
- Escape Room - starts Jan. 28 and runs until mid April.
- March Madness Calendars need to be finalized with prizes and sold prior to the end of February.
- 4 days of Musical Bakes Sales - April 18 - 21, 2024.
