ABOUT PHANTOM ESCAPE ROOM
Escape rooms are based on “escape the room” video games in which the player is locked in a room, and must explore his or her surroundings in order to escape.  We have taken that concept, and have transformed that into a live experience.  
Part game, part storytelling, part team-building exercise - escape rooms are taking off around the world.  You and your team will be “locked” in a room and you must find clues, solve puzzles, and, most of all, work together in order to escape.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Phantom Escape Room?
  • This is a fundraiser put on by BHS Music Dept. students and parents to support their year-end Music Trip.  Phantom Escape Room is a live escape room game.  You and your team are "locked" inside a room and need to work together as a team to figure out a way to escape by finding clues and solving puzzles along the way.
​Should I bring anything?
  • Just bring yourself, your team, and cash for payment  Anything else you may need will be provided for you in the room.
​How long does it take?
  • It takes 45 minutes.  Your entire team should plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time.
​What happens if we don't get out in time?
  • Not to worry: we will let you out!  :)  You can always come back and try again another time.
​​Are we really locked in?  That doesn't sound safe!
  • No, we do not actually lock the door.  Instead, there will be an object you need to find or a task you need to complete to be considered an "escape."  Also, there will be at least one employee in the room to keep track of game progress and to ensure the game is running safely and smoothly at all times.
​How old do I have to be to play?
  • It is recommended for ALL AGES.  Children age 10  to 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult.  It is not ideal for a group only made up of children.
​​What time should we arrive?
  • Please have your entire team arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your booked time to finalize payment and receive final instructions.
​What happens if we show up late?
  • Please understand we are on a schedule with other bookings to accommodate.  If the whole team shows up late, time will be deducted from your 45 minutes.  If more than 15 minutes late, your booking will be forfeit.
​What happens if we are unable to make our booking?
  • ​Please make every effort possible to attend your booking as we have multiple staff waiting for your arrival.  You do have the ability to cancel or edit your own booking through the email you should have received after your initial booking.  In the event that you cannot make it for good reason, please let us know ASAP by calling 506-547-5298 where you can leave a message if need be.  Please try to give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Bad Weather​?
  • We monitor weather and potentially bad weather closely.
  • If schools are closed on any given day due to bad weather, Phantom Escape Room is also closed for the day even if weather improves later in the day.
  • If afterschool activities are cancelled later in the day, Phantom Escape Room is also cancelled for that evening.
  • You will be contacted by phone and/or email to advise of any cancellations on our end and to attempt rescheduling.
  • If weather is an issue you for attending, please use the number above to contact us ASAP.
